Sensistan invites new media artists and people who love working with technology to create art. We will give you the space to prototype and build your art installations. We will provide you the tools and materials you need to bring your ideas to life. And we will put you in touch with local artists and experts from different fields for troubleshooting, networking, and ideation. What do we need from you? Proof of a concept that is exciting. Blow our minds.

WHAT KIND OF INSTALLATIONS DO WE LIKE?
We prefer stand-alone installations that are low maintenance and require minimum human interference to start running

We are big on resource efficiency. You get brownie points for using recycled and low-cost materials
​
We like installations that are sturdy. People will invariably fiddle with an interactive installation. Your artwork should be able to handle at least 30-50 interactions each day.

We dig the modular approach to building. It is a God-send if your art installation is easy to assemble, break down, pack, and transport.

Ideally, multiple people should be able to interact with your installation simultaneously.
